Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior - Marketing & Customer Analytics

Location: In-office position based in Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; Tysons Corner, VA; or Chicago, IL, United States.

Base salary: $86,250–$143,750 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Select, target, and analyze audiences for credit card and retail lending campaigns.
• Own campaign analysis and optimization on Experian Ascend Marketing across consumer card, business card, unsecured installment loan, HELOC, and mortgage products.
• Develop targeting strategies and campaign process flows across online banking, mobile, care centers, and branches.
• Identify improvements to data flows and campaign processes across hirify.global, FICO, and Experian platforms.
• Create performance reporting across channels and products to support profitable growth.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Decision Science, Risk, Finance, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant quantitative analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Hadoop, or similar data tools.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and retail lending products, including credit cards, personal or unsecured loans, HELOCs, and mortgages.
• Experience with lending eligibility criteria, customer selection, marketing analytics, and prescreen or non-prescreen campaign audience selection.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
