Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products.
• Align product, engineering, design, data, and operations teams around strategic initiatives and technical roadmaps.
• Manage program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, risks, escalations, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate technical discussions on architecture, integrations, system dependencies, scalability, reliability, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Create dashboards and status reports using Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-enabled reporting tools.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technical program managers and improve delivery practices through retrospectives and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Program Manager or equivalent technical delivery role.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, system integrations, and security principles.
• Experience with Agile environments and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean, plus strong stakeholder management skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, health and life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, SSM, POPM, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience improving high-traffic consumer web and mobile experiences through funnel analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, fairness, bias mitigation, and compliance.
• Advanced expertise with Tableau, Power BI, enterprise platforms, cloud transformation, or large technology portfolios.
