Technical Program Manager (TPM) (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering and data science teams, including standups, execution cadences, sprint hygiene, and executive reporting.
• Support product operations and software development lifecycle practices, including functional testing, release validation, and documentation.
• Lead strategic or emergent initiatives and coordinate prioritization and triage of inbound product requests.
• Create and maintain technical training materials, product guides, support resources, user stories, requirements, and tickets.
• Partner with customer-facing teams on client onboarding, requirements capture, and feedback-driven product improvements.
• Develop product requirements documents, success metrics, dashboards, telemetry, and feedback loops to measure adoption, performance, user experience, and system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical, healthcare, or data-related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical product, program management, and/or product operations roles in high-growth technology environments.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery and working with both engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Technical acumen and curiosity, including the ability to engage with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong understanding of agile execution and tooling, with excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Must already have authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

• Enterprise SaaS delivery experience.
• Scripting, automation, data analysis, or data visualization skills.
