Senior Consultant, Change Management (AI)

Location: United States; remote role with U.S. work authorization required

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually, with possible annual bonus

What you will do

• Deliver change enablement workstreams for legal and corporate clients adopting new technologies, processes, and operating models.
• Develop adoption plans, stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, persona-based communications, training materials, and reinforcement activities.
• Support adoption initiatives involving AI, knowledge management, document and knowledge platforms, enterprise search, workflow automation, data modernization, and process improvement.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, focus groups, surveys, office hours, and feedback loops with lawyers, legal operations teams, business services leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Track adoption, usage, readiness, behavior change, and value realization metrics, translating findings into client recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready strategies, roadmaps, communication plans, training plans, readiness reports, executive summaries, proposals, and reusable consulting assets.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in change management, adoption, training, communications, or transformation programs in consulting, professional services, legal, technology, or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or comparable frameworks.
• Familiarity with law firm or corporate legal environments, including legal culture, governance, confidentiality, risk management, and billable-hour pressures.
• Experience with AI, knowledge management, legal technology, document management, enterprise platforms, data modernization, workflow automation, or operating model transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, interviewing, listening, stakeholder engagement, and client-delivery skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Nice to have

• Experience with law firms, corporate legal departments, legal operations, knowledge management, innovation, or legal technology functions.
• Prosci, change management, project management, instructional design, training, or communications certification.
• Experience with persona-based adoption plans, role-based learning journeys, executive communications, or reinforcement models.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, iManage, NetDocuments, Litera, Intapp, enterprise search, workflow tools, or AI platforms.
