What you will do

• Design, implement, and perform functional biochemical and cell-based assay development projects.
• Develop assays suitable for SAR screening in 96- and 384-well formats.
• Evaluate biologic drug candidates using ELISA, FACS, kinetic assays, and related methods.
• Support target discovery and validation efforts through independent assay development and execution.
• Provide operational support including media and buffer preparation, aseptic technique, equipment staging, and routine laboratory activities.
• Perform work in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• PhD preferred in biochemistry, immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of immunology and cell biology, with hands-on experience in biochemical and cell-based assays.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and automated liquid-handling techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Prism, Excel-Fit, or Spotfire.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; work must be performed in an on-site laboratory environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-content imaging, luminescence, fluorescence, or absorbance methods.
• Industrial drug R&D experience in pharma or biotech.
• Experience with automation systems.
