Salary: $107,700 – $114,300

What you will do

• Drive the progress of new gene therapy programs.
• Perform cell culture and molecular biology experiments.
• Establish and characterize novel functional assays for in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data within expected timelines.
• Maintain precise documentation of scientific work in electronic notebooks.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in biology or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Valid US work authorization (no sponsorship for H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Significant experience in aseptic cell culture and gene therapy (AAV or LNP).
• Proficiency in molecular endpoints: PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, and protein analysis (ELISA, MSD, Octet).
• Experience isolating nucleic acids and proteins from tissues.

Nice to have

• Experience with mouse and NHP tissue processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory automation and liquid handling workflows.
