DC Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: On-site in Groveport, Ohio, United States. Monday–Friday second shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate 20 or more distribution center associates.
• Oversee outbound shipping, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.
• Set expectations for safety, attendance, conduct, performance, and operational execution.
• Align staffing with workload, maintain time and productivity records, and develop future leaders.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and maintain accurate stock control records.
• Standardize warehouse procedures, create SOPs, prepare work schedules, and report daily key metrics.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in distribution and supervision of hourly associates in a high-volume warehouse.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, maintain accountability, and deliver operational results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA or a similar warehouse management system, outbound distribution, transportation, inventory control, KPIs, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification for forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and other required material-handling equipment.
