Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Romeoville, Illinois, United States; warehouse-based role with day and night shifts available.

Annual base pay: $66,975–$73,625, with potential additional compensation through equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse workers, assign tasks and targets, and evaluate performance.
• Manage shift allocation, operational efficiency, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, documentation, and equipment procedures.
• Coordinate with other managers and support new team members.
• Drive business initiatives, prepare analytics, and lead internal meetings.
• Resolve operational questions and identify additional analytical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, or customer service, or 5+ years of product-distribution experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and legal documentation, including MSDS, equipment checklists, and BOLs.
• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System.
• Strong leadership, administration, team-building, motivation, decision-making, time-management, and crisis-resolution skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing 150+ pounds independently or with a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend English for workplace safety; willingness to work overtime as needed.
