Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Hodgkins, Illinois, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Base salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead inbound, outbound, inventory, quality control, and order fulfillment operations for the Chicago facility.
• Optimize workflows, performance metrics, warehouse layouts, and capacity planning to support rapid growth.
• Recruit, coach, schedule, and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
• Use WMS, productivity systems, physical counts, and system reconciliation to improve inventory accuracy and operational insight.
• Maintain OSHA, warehousing, shipping, security, and workplace safety compliance.
• Manage operating costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-layered teams.
• Experience with WMS, productivity metrics, inventory control, and quality audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Hodgkins, Illinois, with flexibility for varied schedules.
