Applications Analyst III 4|sight (Check Imaging)

Location: Hybrid/remote within approximately a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, TX; Overland Park, KS; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. Travel to customer locations may reach 25%, with occasional weekend work and two-week engagements. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

What you will do

• Install and support the 4|sight application remotely or onsite for banks and item processing centers.
• Analyze customer systems and map existing products to the hirify.global solution before implementation.
• Configure application parameters and train customers on electronic X9 file creation, processing, and Check 21 image returns.
• Communicate customer needs and application issues to project managers and other internal teams.
• Assist with data conversion validation and transaction processing analysis.
• Mentor and train employees as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in a bank or credit union.
• At least 1 year of item processing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations, including occasional weekend travel and work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting customer-facing software implementations and financial institution operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Microsoft SQL Server or SQL querying experience.
• Microsoft Windows operating system experience.
