Warehouse Account Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; on-site

Salary: $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Answer inquiries about assigned order programs.
• Coordinate rush orders with the warehouse to ensure shipments meet deadlines.
• Communicate inventory shortages and shipping issues to the Operations and Account Management teams.
• Update shipping addresses and shipping methods as needed.
• Monitor the returns tracker and communicate required actions.
• Support other Account Coordinators with programs and projects.

Requirements

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong technology skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, work with urgency, and adapt as priorities change.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and availability for full-time, on-site work in Phoenix, AZ.
