Senior Accountant (PropTech)

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial close and reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial reporting to support data-driven business decisions.
• Coordinate with the external financial statement audit firm and assist with audit execution.
• Develop global accounting policies, practices, procedures, and initiatives.
• Ensure accurate control, recording, and classification of revenues and expenses.
• Manage vendors and collaborate on cross-functional analytics and automation projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a high-growth technology company preferred.
• Experience preparing and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong adaptability, collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support.
• Curiosity about AI and the judgment to verify results and protect sensitive financial data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and financial planning software is beneficial.
