Director, Delivery (Engineering)

Location: Remote role open exclusively to candidates based on the US West Coast; PST time zone coverage required. Roles are listed in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. Minimal travel to client sites may be required.

Salary: $138.40–$160,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex client programs and concurrent creative projects from research and strategy through design, development, and deployment.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, communication, profitability, timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery risks.
• Establish operating models, communication plans, standardized processes, tools, and status reporting for successful delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project management team members, including performance and career guidance.
• Assess resourcing, team bandwidth, program pacing, delivery health, and changing project needs.
• Support business development through project scoping, delivery planning, resource estimates, and opportunity assessment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment.
• 5+ years of program management experience and 7+ years managing internal teams and direct reports.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
• Experience with project financial management, project accounting, budgeting, profitability, scheduling, risk management, and client communication.
