Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, USA; travel to data center sites required approximately 40% of the time.

Salary: $214,000–$284,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Own integrated delivery programs for new data center builds from site handoff through construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and turnover to Network Deployment.
• Manage integrated schedules, workstreams, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision tracking, and schedule recovery.
• Coordinate Real Estate, Energy and Utilities, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning, Operations, Security, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
• Drive delivery of MW-scale, high-density infrastructure, including rack requirements, utilities, MEP, controls, white space, inspections, and liquid-cooled capacity.
• Ensure clean turnover by defining readiness criteria for power, cooling, controls, cable pathways, access, and documentation.
• Build repeatable playbooks, dashboards, governance, and lessons-learned processes for concurrent deployments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure or construction program management, mission-critical facilities, or large capital projects.
• Experience delivering ground-up data centers or comparable mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, or energy facilities.
• Knowledge of the full delivery lifecycle, including permitting, design, utilities, procurement, construction, MEP, controls, commissioning, and turnover.
• Strong experience with integrated schedules, critical paths, dependency logs, change control, risk management, and executive communication.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, align vendors and engineering teams, and identify technical delivery risks without owning design authority.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA and travel to sites approximately 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hyperscale, AI/GPU, cloud region, or high-density compute delivery experience.
• Utility interconnection, substations, MV/HV power, or liquid cooling experience.
• Experience with colocation providers, GCs, EPCs, commissioning agents, or permitting authorities.
• PMP, construction management, engineering, or project controls certification.
