Team Lead (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
• Develop JIT wave monitoring plans and system-based order task allocation strategies to meet daily fulfillment requirements.
• Monitor outbound workflows, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Train staff on operational skills and supervise compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida, United States.
• Experience managing warehouse or outbound operations teams.
• Ability to coordinate picking, packing, order fulfillment, and parcel handovers.
• Experience monitoring operational performance, handling exceptions, and analyzing productivity data.
• Ability to train staff, enforce safety standards, and collaborate across departments.
