Inside Sales Representative (Logistics)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; onsite

Salary: $40,000 per year plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Prospect for new business and develop qualified customer opportunities.
• Generate leads and use CRM tools to track sales activity and pipeline progress.
• Sell logistics services and set up new customer accounts.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and long-term customer relationships.
• Train customers on the use and advantages of web-based shipping tools and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and skill in identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona, including extended periods at a computer workstation.
