Senior Accessibility Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: USD $103,200–$273,700 per year, with eligible benefits, bonuses, and stock rewards.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global's accessibility strategy across employees, developers, customers, and open-source communities.
• Manage inclusive user research, listening systems, and accessibility feedback processes.
• Build an accessibility community of practice within the Enterprise customer community.
• Grow the open-source hirify.global accessibility scanner and accelerate adoption by customers and open-source communities.
• Use hirify.global's platform and AI features to run internal accessibility programs, share best practices, and improve accessibility tooling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, or a relevant bachelor's degree with 5+ years, master's degree with 3+ years, doctorate with 1+ year, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience driving programs or initiatives across organizational boundaries in a large organization.
• 3+ years of experience evaluating web content against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve accessibility at scale.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility, assistive technologies, and how people with disabilities interact with technology.
• Technical experience grounded in software development or design, with a proven record of delivering accessibility results.

Nice to have

• Experience developing accessible web interfaces with JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Experience collecting and interpreting performance and compliance metrics.
• Experience with product roadmapping and embedding accessibility features into product and engineering plans.
• Lived experience of disability.
