Senior Deployment Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote USA

Base salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually, plus potential benefits, bonuses, and stock options.

What you will do

• Lead non-parking recognition deployments from initial planning through go-live handoff.
• Develop project plans, milestones, resource requirements, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Define system specifications and maintain architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage third-party integrators, scopes of work, site audits, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary customer contact, explain technical decisions, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate technical execution with Support and improve deployment processes, quality gates, and handoff procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical project management experience, including complex infrastructure or security-related deployments.
• Experience with large-scale field deployments and operational support for distributed hardware.
• Familiarity with enterprise IP video systems such as Axis, Avigilon, and Genetec.
• Advanced risk mitigation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical designs and standardized deployment architectures.
• Ability to work autonomously, resolve complex issues creatively, support regional business development, and use AI tooling.
