Data Analyst Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States

Pay range: $103,300.00–$177,700.00 annually across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines and dimensional models using cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, and dbt.
• Apply software engineering practices to analytics, including Git version control, modular SQL, code reviews, regression testing, and CI/CD.
• Standardize business definitions, curate the enterprise semantic layer, and optimize query performance and warehouse resource usage.
• Lead analytics engineering practices and act as the technical liaison between data engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate supply chain, manufacturing operations, and lifecycle services requirements into data models, dashboards, self-service datasets, and reporting frameworks.
• Enforce data governance, role-based access controls, compliance policies, documentation standards, and data lineage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, including at least 2 years of technical leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, performance tuning, query profiling, and dynamic modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or comparable cloud data platforms; proficiency with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and command-line interfaces.
• Advanced data visualization and modeling experience with Power BI, expertise in dbt and Kimball dimensional modeling, and working proficiency in Python.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial IoT, or supply chain environments, with strong communication and analytical storytelling skills.
