Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Ol Roy Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of data strategies supporting business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and evaluate data sources according to business requirements and service-level agreements.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation.
• Develop data visualization strategies that communicate insights and support stakeholder decision-making.
• Lead data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to improve analytics, governance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Four years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, two years with a master's degree, or six years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with data analytics, big data techniques, and automation methods.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Experience with SQL, Python, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-influence skills.
