Lead Data Analysis (AI)

Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas or Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $116,700–$196,100 USD annually.

What you will do

• Collect, integrate, preprocess, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Design, develop, and support scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data architectures, and enterprise reporting systems.
• Apply statistical, predictive, machine-learning, and AI-assisted methods to solve complex business problems.
• Support data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality controls, and discrepancy resolution.
• Lead complex analytics initiatives, advise on platform decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related analytics role.
• Experience leading complex analytical initiatives and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills, including experience with data-analysis libraries.
• Experience with data visualization, data modeling, data architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, machine learning, generative AI, Agile delivery, and DevOps or DataOps practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in analytics, cloud technologies, Databricks, Snowflake, AI, or related disciplines.
