Operations Internship (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Support the Operations Business Intelligence Analyst with reporting and analysis requests.
• Pull, clean, validate, and maintain operational data from spreadsheets, internal systems, marketplaces, and fulfillment partners.
• Build and refresh weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets covering inventory, orders, shipments, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Monitor operational data, identify anomalies and trends, and investigate questions from the Operations team.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes while identifying opportunities to automate manual work.
• Own a small internship project or analysis and present findings and recommendations to the Operations team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of operations, supply chain, and business principles.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and work with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to accurate, well-checked work.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence, or data visualization tools.
