TL;DR
Connectivity Inventory Consultant (Supply Chain/Data Analytics): Supporting connectivity inventory management, material controls, demand planning, and reporting for complex data center programs with an accent on inventory accuracy, data quality, and material visibility. Focus on validating large datasets, resolving inventory discrepancies, developing operational dashboards, and coordinating fulfillment risks across supply chain, planning, procurement, and construction teams.
Location: Remote, US; 50–70% travel required

What you will do
- Support connectivity inventory management and material control across multiple data center campuses and programs.
- Monitor inventory availability, material shortages, fulfillment constraints, variances, and project demand signals.
- Coordinate material movement, inventory rebalancing, move orders, and inventory reclassification.
- Perform data-quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory and demand-planning records.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and automated reporting processes.
- Document SOPs, workflows, business requirements, training materials, meeting actions, and process improvements while coordinating with supply chain, planning, procurement, construction, and business operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, construction management, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, material controls, procurement, or a related discipline.
- Experience with inventory, demand planning, procurement, or material management processes and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and data-validation skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to work remotely from the US and travel 50–70%.
Nice to have
- Experience with data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or construction programs.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or planning systems such as SmartBOM, Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Experience building dashboards, visual reports, automated reporting solutions, or using AI tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automation.
