Senior Data Analyst - Finance

Base pay range: $131,500–$154,700 USD

What you will do

• Partner with product, hirify.globalering, design, and pricing stakeholders to define metrics, reporting, and analytical priorities.
• Lead analytics projects and deliver actionable insights that improve product and business performance.
• Design statistical analyses, experiments, and hypothesis-validation approaches for product and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data assets, feature stores, and business intelligence dashboards.
• Use advanced SQL to analyze large, complex datasets and investigate pricing and performance trends.
• Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership and support strategic pricing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data, economics, statistics, operations research, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a data or business analyst.
• Strong experience building complex SQL queries and extracting value from datasets.
• Strong foundations in statistics and econometrics, including regression and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly.
• Inquisitive approach with a focus on understanding the causes behind performance trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Snowflake, or Amplitude.
