Business Operations Intern (AI/Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Build automated Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide leadership with actionable operational and financial insights.
• Support marketing workflow automation in HubSpot, including programming, AI-based agentic workflows, and opportunity prioritization.
• Enhance monthly and annual reporting with AI agents and automated workflows that generate analysis, explanations, and recommendations.
• Develop a CRM-based wallet share and customer potential model to classify clients, identify sales opportunities, and project future growth.
• Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Completed or current bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Data Science, MIS, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience or ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, HubSpot, Salesforce, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn Salesforce, JIRA, and business intelligence applications.
• Work location: Austin, Texas, United States.
