Legal Internship (Ecommerce)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and record maintenance.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and memoranda.
• Review contracts and flag key terms, risks, and issues for attorney review.
• Research ecommerce, commercial, and intellectual property questions and summarize findings.
• Support compliance, corporate governance, data tracking, and internal legal operations.
• Shadow legal team members and participate in meetings supporting business partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree; 1L students only.
• Basic understanding of legal principles and terms.
• Strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in corporate law, litigation, M&A, securities, intellectual property, or related areas.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
