Product Manager (AI/Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $145K–$180K base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Support launches of worker-facing product experiences by creating marketing copy, launch messaging, and in-app content.
• Translate compliance requirements, partner requirements, and financial product rules into support playbooks and SOPs.
• Analyze onboarding, W-2 enrollment, and activation funnels with product and data science partners to identify conversion improvements.
• Scope, launch, and track A/B tests in collaboration with engineering and data science.
• Maintain conversion reporting and track cross-functional and partner work through completion.
• Progress toward owning product workstreams end to end, including discovery, prioritization, specifications, success metrics, and delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical, customer-facing, or data-facing role such as consulting, strategy, analytics, engineering, operations, or product.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize complex topics clearly.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfort working with engineering, design, legal, and external partners.
• AI-native approach with experience automating workflows and tasks; comfort reading funnels and framing hypotheses for testing.
