Regional Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; additional locations include Towson, Maryland and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Monday through Thursday is onsite with colleagues; Friday offers flexibility in work location. The role requires regular travel to jobsites and regional offices, with approximately 65% of time spent with technicians on jobsites or rotating through offices.

Annual base salary: $91,516.66–$128,379.99.

What you will do

• Coordinate environmental, health, safety, wellness, and security processes across regional commercial sales and service offices.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits, and jobsite visits at customer service and contracting locations.
• Maintain safety, occupational health, environmental, training, PPE, inspection, and qualified-person records.
• Deliver new-hire, annual, high-risk, and other safety training, including PPE implementation and purchasing.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, incidents, and accidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Use Benchmark|Gensuite, XOi, ProCore, and related platforms to track inspections, concerns, actions, reports, and safety improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental or Safety Sciences/Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of practical environmental health and safety management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MSHA, DOT, and regionally applicable safety and health regulations.
• Experience interpreting federal, state, local, provincial, environmental, and safety standards.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, motivation, and influencing skills; written and verbal English required.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, safe driving record, ability to travel, work at heights, climb ladders and stairs, and wear required safety equipment.

Nice to have

• Professional safety certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHSM.
• Experience with Gensuite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bi-lingual communication skills.
