Process Manager (Visa Direct)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid position with office attendance determined by the Hiring Manager. The role requires 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $149,400–$238,500 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation supporting hirify.global Direct client enablement.
• Manage playbooks, implementation materials, FAQs, templates, presentations, and other procedural assets.
• Coordinate commercial readiness, launch preparation, issue tracking, and regional activation activities.
• Work with product, sales, solutioning, operations, commercialization, and client-facing teams in a matrixed environment.
• Identify process gaps and operational risks, then drive improvements to scalability, efficiency, governance, and version control.
• Analyze data, communicate complex payment concepts in business language, and support professional services and solution delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in the payments industry, including enterprise products, projects, programs, or transaction processing.
• Experience with data analysis, solution delivery, professional services, presentations, consulting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with clients in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong program management, customer relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Six or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or advanced equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, ISO 8583, and ISO 20222.
• Advanced data analytics, executive communication, and complex cross-enterprise project coordination experience.
