Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead implementation and onboarding projects for new customers from kickoff through full rollout.
• Act as the strategic consultant and primary contact for customers, managing weekly meetings, expectations, and ongoing usage.
• Discover customer workflows, pain points, and rollout obstacles, and solve problems with customers and Product/Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end integrations between hirify.global, banks, ERPs, and other financial partners.
• Improve integration processes, documentation, bank capability knowledge, and customer operations.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering, facilitate workshops, and help drive product usage and customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer success, management consulting, project management, product operations, or a similar field.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience running complex implementation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to work with technical Product and Engineering counterparts, troubleshoot issues, and develop workarounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP software such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with bank integration channels or financial services.
• Experience in a high-growth startup.
