Delivery Manager, Customer Implementations (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

hirify.global provides financial data infrastructure that enables banks, insurers, fintechs, AI companies, and other financial service providers to access structured customer-permissioned data across Europe.

What you will do

• Own customer implementations from kickoff and scoping through integration planning, testing, production go-live, and handover.
• Act as the main customer contact throughout each implementation and coordinate solutions to delivery challenges.
• Orchestrate internal teams across engineering, product, commercial, legal, and security.
• Manage several customer projects simultaneously, maintaining priorities, timelines, and clear communication.
• Translate customer requests into product improvements in collaboration with business development, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience, including ownership of customer-facing projects.
• Strong communication, structure, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with technology and using AI in day-to-day work; coding experience is not required.
• Experience working through organizational change.
• Fluent Swedish and English; based in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software or integration projects.
• Ability to read API documentation and discuss integrations with customer engineers.
• Experience with banks, insurers, or other regulated customers.
• French or German language skills.
