Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Integrations)

What you will do

• Lead integration work with external partners and European healthcare systems.
• Map external system capabilities and constraints against the Tandem platform and propose integration designs.
• Coordinate engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders across complex initiatives.
• Translate technical requirements into priorities, delivery plans, and clear outcomes.
• Work with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, and system architecture.
• Establish processes, templates, and frameworks while tracking dependencies, risks, and progress.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within SaaS, platform, or health-tech environments.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Product mindset focused on building the right solutions, not only delivering on schedule.
• Ability to work primarily from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare systems or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards.
• Experience with platform or API products.
• Hands-on technical experience such as scripting, debugging, or light coding.
• Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Technical interview with the Engineering team, followed by an interview with a Team Lead.
• Home case and presentation at the Stockholm office, including pair programming.
