Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Lead complex renewable energy projects and cross-functional teams from development through key milestones to notice to proceed.
• Coordinate Development, Engineering, EPC, Grid, Finance, Commercial, Asset Management, O&M, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
• Apply project governance, project management standards, and Stage Gate processes, including gate decisions and project information in Compass.
• Support budgeting, Investment Committee approvals, project agreements, due diligence, project financing, and project sales.
• Report project status to senior management and drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project development, project management, EPC, or project finance.
• Experience managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders, risks, budgets, reporting, and governance processes.
• Strong commercial understanding of project finance, EPC contracts, transactions, and investment decisions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning, coordination, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• German at C1 level or higher is required. Proficiency in MS Office and project management or reporting tools is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compass.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or a similar certification.
• Italian, Spanish, or French language skills.
