Technical Project Manager - Wave Farm Project Development (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Manage and deliver Pre-FEED and FEED project development scopes against performance, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Define, initiate, and coordinate project scopes, work packages, resources, and priorities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead technical project engineering activities covering offshore assets, grid connection, foundations, procurement, installation, maintenance, operations, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholders and provide technical progress updates, schedules, reports, and financial status information to clients and project developers.
• Prepare new project scope definitions and proposals while supporting commercial wave engineering projects.
• Represent hirify.global at meetings, presentations, and industry events; travel is part of the role.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical project engineering or technical project management, plus an engineering degree.
• Experience leading offshore project development activities, including Pre-FEED and FEED work.
• Broad engineering knowledge covering offshore project delivery, technology assessment, electrical networks, grid connection, foundations, procurement, installation, maintenance, operations, and financial modelling.
• Experience with stakeholder management, client-facing scope definition, change management, and project reporting.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in offshore wind, oil and gas, solar, tidal, or other offshore energy sectors.
• Experience in fast-paced development companies.
• Knowledge of offshore design, product development, reliability, and certification processes through Ready to Build status.
