Director, Marketing Operations (AI)

Location: US - Remote; onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location. Travel of 0–10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams responsible for sales lead processes, marketing operations, technology strategy, data analysis, and workflow project management.
• Set objectives, prioritize daily activities, and manage, mentor, and coach team members.
• Design and manage systems supporting digital marketing operations, including marketing technology and sales automation integrations.
• Research and onboard third-party technologies that improve project management, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with Legal on marketing regulations, and ensure process compliance and consistency.
• Deliver business intelligence, marketing performance reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and improve technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and 6+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, BI, and/or AI systems.
• Experience leading multiple teams and managing, mentoring, and coaching professionals.
• Ability to design and manage complicated, multi-step, multi-person projects and solve problems across multiple operational domains.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and self-motivated skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, customer service, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate technical terms and concepts for different stakeholders and interact professionally with executive leadership and internal and external audiences.
