Circuit Manager (Intelligence & Military Solutions)

Salary: $88,660.84–$196,000.10 per year

What you will do

• Manage enterprise WAN, LAN, and CAN telecommunications circuits across multiple security domains.
• Oversee circuit specifications, provisioning, documentation, and performance throughout the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate service providers, outage response, service-level agreements, and network reliability improvements.
• Support network equipment preparation, installation, maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain network architecture documentation and contribute to risk management.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph before starting.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in an applicable field may substitute for 5 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of customer record-keeping and records-management experience.
• CCNA and Security+ certifications required.
• Ability to work weekends and evening hours as needed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, Teams, SharePoint, and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• DISA Services Course completion.
• DISA Node Site Coordinator CBT completion.
• Familiarity with the DISA Storefront/Marketplace and DISA telecommunications service request and order processes.
