Network Administrator III (Cybersecurity): Leading network projects and engineering solutions for LAN/WAN, wireless, data center, and security infrastructure with an accent on Cisco networking, risk assessment, monitoring, and incident response. Focus on designing resilient network topologies, troubleshooting routing and VoIP issues, managing SD-WAN and remote access technologies, and responding to security incidents.
Location: Onsite in Winter Park, Florida, United States
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead network projects and recommend solutions for network strategy, security, and new project scopes.
- Design, install, test, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, Internet, data transport, and data center network infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, multi-ISP/WAN load balancing, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Perform network analysis, capacity planning, performance monitoring, security log analysis, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Monitor for intrusions, investigate breaches with vendors, conduct incident response drills, and improve response processes.
- Support VPN, Zero Trust, cloud-based remote access, VoIP, PC/server hardware and software, and after-hours emergency maintenance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or 7+ years of network administration experience or training.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity products, tuning network performance, designing LANs, and working with Cisco routers and switches.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ManageEngine, or Zabbix.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, with Windows and Linux knowledge and experience with VMware ESXi Hypervisor.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel occasionally and provide after-hours support when required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meraki and Sophos Cloud Management.
