Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; candidates must currently reside in Singapore and be legally authorized to work there. Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote/flexible; on-site availability and alignment with local business operations are required.

Base salary: SGD 118,000–187,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success or Customer Experience.
• Translate customer requirements and business objectives into implementation strategies covering CSV, API, SDK, data migration, validation, and filing readiness.
• Bridge customer stakeholders with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and other internal teams.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, escalations, customer communications, and time-to-value.
• Improve implementation methodologies, templates, workflows, standards, and scalable operating models.
• Coach peers, share best practices, and use AI tools to automate repetitive work and improve data accuracy and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, project management, professional services, or a related area.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Current residence in Singapore and legal authorization to work in Singapore are required.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, AWS, integration technologies, APIs, and collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Strong communication, customer management, problem-solving, and ambiguity-management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech, RegTech, or Tax and Accounting.
• Passion for and curiosity about digital assets.
