Software Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead and support customer-facing implementation projects for large multinational companies, primarily involving government projects.
• Define project tasks, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and risks while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements, facilitate workshops, manage scope and costs, and support user acceptance testing.
• Design and configure hirify.global solutions, including data models, core elements, and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical services teams on data migration, integrations, analytics, engineering, cloud services, and web portal design.
• Review implementation work, provide feedback, and channel customer requests, issues, and feature requirements to internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing software implementation projects of varying complexity, preferably involving SaaS or HR software.
• Experience configuring and supporting SaaS systems as a business systems analyst or system administrator.
• Willingness and eligibility to be sponsored for US government security clearance; requirements vary by customer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Interest in software configuration and process design.
• Comfort using AI tools and interest in emerging AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US government or federal customers.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
