Senior People Analytics Data Analyst

Location: Greater Seattle Area, with other locations in Space Coast, Florida, and Huntsville, Alabama. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $134,434.00–$188,207.25 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable process improvements.
• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Develop HR metrics and collaborate with HR and business teams to optimize workflows.
• Validate data and communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries with HR data governance partners.
• Apply people analytics trends and best practices to improve workforce strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.
• A standard background check is required; additional checks may apply to certain job profiles.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR analytics and talent management or policy analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Experience with Workday, Cornerstone, big data platforms, or cloud technologies.
