Data Scientist Senior (People Analytics & Quantitative Insights)

What you will do

• Lead analytical projects using structured and unstructured workforce data to generate actionable business insights.
• Direct data gathering, processing, mining, statistical analysis, and modeling of large, complex datasets.
• Develop machine-learning and statistical algorithms to predict business outcomes and recommend optimal actions.
• Design dashboards, visualizations, and data stories that connect HR metrics with business outcomes.
• Manage multiple analytical initiatives and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with data architects, analysts, engineers, and visualization experts to build data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with data science, data analytics, data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Experience using SAS, Python, or R, along with data visualization and database access tools.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
