Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Location: USA - South San Francisco, CA

Salary: $119,000–$146,500 USD annual base compensation, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own corporate monthly close and forecast cycles, including scenario setup, allocations, consolidation, and reporting packages.
• Serve as the FP&A team’s OneStream power user and improve planning and reporting systems.
• Build and maintain three-statement financial models and reporting infrastructure for rolling forecasts.
• Standardize read-outs for FP&A, business leaders, the CFO, executive leadership, and the Board.
• Analyze actuals and forecasts to identify variances, risks, and trends against plan.
• Support quarterly earnings preparation, benchmarking, presentations, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong understanding of all three financial statements and how they connect.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, modeling, or reporting.
• Ability to synthesize information, communicate with finance and non-finance audiences, manage projects, and implement planning processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream or another planning or EPM system.
• CPA or MBA.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Biotech or manufacturing industry experience.
