Senior Financial Analyst (Semiconductor)

Salary: $118.9K–$172.2K USD annually for the Bay Area, California.

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business decisions.
• Consolidate and analyze full P&L data and prepare forecast variance analyses.
• Develop reporting packages and dashboards for finance and business leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders on budgets, forecasts, headcount, and workforce cost tracking.
• Improve forecasting processes, reporting tools, financial systems, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or other high-growth global organizations.
• Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP, or similar planning and reporting platforms.
• Exposure to G&A or operating expense budgeting and forecasting.
• Progress toward CPA, CFA, or an MBA.
