What you will do

• Develop and operate Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud capabilities, including customer and partner portals.
• Configure Salesforce objects, cases, contracts, products, orders, carts, entitlements, workflows, and omni-channel rules.
• Design scalable data processing solutions and integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft, Conga, DocuSign, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Lead technical configuration, API customization, release management, deployment validation, and environment management.
• Communicate software and system designs using UML, Lucidchart, or similar modeling tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the offered position or a software-related occupation.
• At least 3 years of experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Visualforce, HTML, XML, CSS, Salesforce APIs, and automation tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, customer and partner portals, security and sharing configurations, and analytics.
• Experience with Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, asynchronous processing, Copado, Salesforce CLI, ANT Migration Tool, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SAFe Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, supply chain processes, Order-to-Cash, distribution, customer service, logistics, and enterprise integrations.
