About the Role

You will onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems and build scalable, auditable onboarding processes. You will partner with internal systems, deal desk, legal, sales operations, audit, engineering, and account managers to improve processes. You will resolve onboarding, billing, and collections inquiries, support system implementations and audits, analyze key metrics, and assist with projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant financial operations or billing experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience with a relevant degree
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Problem-solving
• Data analysis
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
• Experience analyzing contracts and large data sets
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple data sources
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience delivering challenging projects
• Process improvement

Responsibilities

• Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and improve processes
• Resolve user inquiries related to onboarding, billing, and collections
• Analyze processes and implement changes that scale operations and improve user experience
• Support billing and collections system implementations
• Support internal and external ad-hoc audits
• Execute key projects and programs
• Assist with monthly and quarterly flux analysis of key metrics
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
