Payroll Administrator

Base pay: $56,700–$74,800 per year

What you will do

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls in Workday for U.S. and/or Canada employees.
• Review, audit, and reconcile payroll and timekeeping data.
• Maintain payroll records, tax withholding elections, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
• Support payroll tax filings, quarterly reporting, and year-end activities.
• Research and resolve employee payroll inquiries while coordinating with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.
• Participate in payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping applications.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll administration practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Workday Payroll experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
