AI Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for complex business problems.
• Build scalable ML pipelines, MLOps processes, and agentic workflows using cloud-native tools.
• Develop autonomous AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF to improve model performance.
• Integrate vector databases such as PGVector and LLM orchestration tools for retrieval and memory.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers while evaluating emerging AI technologies and documenting responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including ML/DL algorithms and systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, generative AI models, NLP, conversational AI, and LLM applications.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, retraining, vector search, semantic retrieval, and production-grade AI systems at scale.
• Hands-on development experience with Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with cloud AI services such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, and Snowflake Cortex.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, RLHF, LLM evaluation, AI governance, safety, and responsible AI.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, Apache Spark, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake, and real-time data processing.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or AI/ML publications.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native AI tooling.
