Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Tulsa Facility O office, United States

Base salary: $144,462–$178,453 per year, plus potential variable compensation based on performance metrics.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing engineering, materials, production scheduling, production supervision, and production management functions.
• Plan, monitor, execute, and communicate daily, monthly, and annual production goals.
• Develop rolling 12-month sales and operations plans aligned with financial targets, customer service objectives, growth, and profitability.
• Coordinate scheduling, engineering, production, shipping, inventory control, sales, and purchasing activities.
• Lead continuous improvement, 5S, safety, lean manufacturing, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage equipment performance, capital equipment requests, inventory procedures, labor planning, team development, and customer service outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 6–8 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage plant operations, manufacturing support functions, labor planning, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Tulsa facility.
