Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Springfield, Missouri, United States; onsite night-shift role. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $84,595–$103,394 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for a production shift and directly supervise operators, lead operators, and trainers.
• Implement daily improvements supporting safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Set priorities and assign responsibilities to meet customer needs safely.
• Build a fair, engaged, and accountable work environment.
• Develop production personnel for future responsibilities and career opportunities.
• Work any shift as needed and travel domestically up to 10%.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• At least five years of manufacturing experience.
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Ability to work a night shift and maintain flexibility for other shifts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Manufacturing experience in a union environment.
• Experience with chemical operations, extrusion, coating, or converting.
• Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or union supervision.
