Business Development Manager (Industrial Automation)

Location: Remote, based in Sacramento, California, United States

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus benefits, bonuses, and additional extra-hours payments

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients across the West Coast.
• Implement lead-generation activities including market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hirify.global services.
• Develop strategic proposals and support client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with District Leaders on revenue growth, company strategy, and business decisions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, judgment, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Post-secondary education in engineering is preferred.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America.
